Failure to file a Campaign Statement as required is subject to late filing fees of $25 per day for each day the statement remains not filed, not to exceed $750 per statement. Failure to file a required Campaign Statement may also result in civil penalties.

Report of Late Contribution (NADC Form B-5): Under the NPADA, a 'late contribution' is defined as a contribution (including a loan or pledge) of $1,000 or more received from a single source (including the candidate) during the fourteen days immediately preceding an election.
