File with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission within 10 days after the end of the calendar month in which any reportable contribution or expenditure is made or personal service is provided.
This report is filed on time if it is postmarked or received on or before the due date. Late filing fees are $25.00 per day, not to exceed $750.00.
